Dechellis Homes

After visiting every display village in Adelaide we fell in love with Dechellis homes. From the spectacular entrances each house stood out with well thought out designs. Nick our sales consultant was friendly and professional from the start. He listened to our needs and was very patient with all our changes. With selections complete we hope to start our build in the coming months.

We have just signed a contract with Dechellis Homes - the house is yet to be built. This review is in regards to the process to get to this point. From the start of looking for the home design we wanted, each Dechellis display home we entered drew us in with its functionality, aesthetic appeal, and ‘liveability.’ The quality of these homes seems to be excellent. At one of the display centres we encountered Etienne, who offered a warm, approachable presence. He consistently engaged well with us, listening to what we were thinking about, and came up with our plan. His attention to detail and persistence (especially as we changed our minds back and forth with a few of those details) has been incredible. We look forward to the next part of our journey with Dechellis as building starts and then living in the home we have designed with this company.

We have completed our build with hand over last week. The build did take awhile but was not unexpected and we were happy Dechellis stuck with their good tradespeople and did not forsake the standard to get it done quickly. From start to finish we were happy with the process. Etienne the salesperson was very helpful showing me through the display home and pointing out what was standard and what was not and giving us an estimate of the cost for what we wanted. At selections we did end up spending more but we did not have to and would have still ended up with a lovely home with out spending more money . Most people at selections were very helpful guiding us with the choices we made. All the tradespeople were lovely to deal with and we are very happy with the standard of work. Our site supervisor Paul Davies was amazing and went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were happy with everything and he is still following up on some small items to be attended to. We highly recommend Dechellis as a builder and Paul as a site supervisor

We first met Daniel Lauro during the time we were looking around for a builder. At the time, we were wanting to get information on the process of build etc. He was friendly, easy going and gave us good, clear explanation of the process. He genuinely showed that he wanted to help us as this was our first time building and gave us good advice about the whole process. He was patient with us and showed his experience in getting back to us quickly with the paperwork and follow up and help us save on spending our budget in the right way that was best suited for us. Very easy to communicate and highly recommend him as a building consultant. It was a great experience and can't wait to see the final result of our home next year. Thank you Daniel. We first met Jeremy Blazejewski at the Dechellis Display Home in Virginia Grove where we felt his personality was exactly like ours, we then knew Dechellis Homes would be the right choice for us. Jeremy has been with us all through our design process and we would highly recommend his expertise. Thanks to Jeremy for getting us to this stage. Our journey is now underway and we are completely happy with our service from the team at Dechellis Homes. The selection choice so far is very detailed and a good variety of suppliers.

We only got to the design stage with Dechellis as our consult stopped replying shortly after our first consultation - its been a several months now. No replies to follow up emails - unsure if it was a lack of interest or inability to help. This is our first home build and won't not recommend their customer service or guidance with this process.
